All of our e-mail marketing is done in house using our custom e-mail marketing management system we developed specifically for our clients that gives us the power to send dynamic HTML e-mails, Flash
e-mails to your entire list and the ability to track your campaign results with our response tracking tool. Set-up includes: building a database and importing your e-mail list . Database formats are required: MS Access, MS Excel, Outlook, Eudora, or Thunderbird. We ask that you provide us with all your original artwork (logos, pictures, banner ads, and any other special content) and the copy for your newsletter. Using your logo, the photos you provide, we create a custom design graphics for your newsletter that matches your existing brand identity. Once the design has been established it can be used on subsequent broadcast e-mails. All messages will have 'opt in', 'opt-out' "forward to a friend" and direct links back to your web site. Once the copy has been added and newsletter is complete, we will test your message thoroughly on our servers before sending it out to your customer list. We will send you a copy of the test message for your approval before we send it out. After the e-mail has been sent, you will be given a confirmation sheet specifying specifying the quantity and date of the mailing(s). All bounced mailings, unsubscribe's and subscribes are handled automatically.
Tracking your results
Our response-tracking tool tell you how many subscribers opened your emails, how many e-mails were sent successfully, how many people clicked through the links to your web site, and how many forwarded your message to a friend. All recipient responses are collected and summarized in our e-mail statistics report that is easy to view and interpret. |
