How to set-up a new e-mail account with Outlook 2003

1. Open Outlook 2003
2. Go to Tools> E-mail Accounts
3. Choose Add a new e-mail account, click 'Next'
4. Under Server Type> Choose POP 3 account, click 'Next'
5. Under Internet Settings> Type your full name
(As you want it to appear on your outgoing messages)
6. Type your e-mail address and password.
7. Type your incoming mail server (POP)
For Parcom customers this is: mail.yourdomainname.com
* For other hosting customers, contact support for this info
8. Type your outgoing mail server (SMTP)
This info is provided by your ISP. If you don't have this info from your ISP, you can look-up your outgoing server settings for popular ISP's.
9. Go to >More settings> General tab> Type the name of your new
e-mail account. (work, home, office..)
10. Go to>Outgoing Server tab> Check 'My outgoing server requires authentication'
11. Go to>Connection tab> Select 'Connect using my LAN'
12. Click 'Finish' Congratulations- you are all set! Make sure to send yourself a test e-mail to make sure that you are able to send/receive with your new account!
