Hosting Renewal
(for Parcom hosting customers only)

If you have received an e-mail from Parcom that your hosting account needs to be renewed, follow the steps below. You should receive an
e-mail notification from Parcom 30 days before your account expires. Make sure that your e-mail account is up-to-date with Parcom and Firefly to ensure that you recieve all notifications regarding your account.

1. Log on to your control panel
2. Type in your account ID and password
3. Choose> Billing> Make a payment
4. Options> Select Recurring payments if you want it to automatically renew each year.
